Mailopoly brings email accounts into one inbox with AI filtering, information extraction and reply drafting. Its Poly assistant answers questions using inbox information, while the service also offers plans that add business messaging channels and team features.
Filtering and tasks from email
Cleanbox holds messages you want to see, with other messages placed in Other for later review through Catch-Up. Users can teach the service their preferences with a tap. The publisher describes extracting invoice amounts, booking details, dates, deliveries, attachments and actions so important information is visible without opening each email.
My Day builds a task list from inbox content, including bills to approve, replies owed and upcoming events. You can add your own tasks alongside the extracted items. Poly can answer inbox questions, summarize messages and draft several reply options for you to edit or send.
Mailopoly supports Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, iCloud and IMAP accounts. The about page says the service is available on iOS, Android and the web. That makes the personal inbox relevant to someone managing several accounts across work and everyday commitments.
Business channels and collaboration
The channel plans add Slack, WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram messaging, Microsoft Teams and TikTok to the inbox. Pro includes two email accounts and one connection for each listed channel. Business adds pooled connections, team task assignment and a shared Team PolyBox drive with 10 GB per seat.
These are different entitlements from the personal email plans. A prospective customer should count the inboxes and channel connections needed before selecting a plan. The pricing page lists additional connections at $3.50 a month each.
Prices and the private email boundary
The pricing page lists monthly email plans in US dollars: Single costs $6.99 for one account, Duo $8.99 for two, and Unlimited $11.99 for five. Annual billing has lower monthly equivalents. Email plans include a seven-day trial without a credit card and are subject to fair use.
Pro's standard rate is $24.99 per month. Business renews at $19.99 per seat per month with a two-seat minimum. A founding offer advertises lower first-year rates for the first 300 members; availability and tax should be checked at checkout.
Every plan also supplies one or more @mly.life email addresses. The publisher says messages between two @mly.life addresses remain inside its encrypted network. That property applies to those internal messages; correspondence with an external address uses normal email delivery.
