The FAQ names integrations such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor and VS Code, directing users to current setup guides. That establishes the advertised connection scope, not a hands-on verification of every integration in this article.

Use the collected context to investigate a specific practice: which workflow a teammate used, or where a review stalled. A dashboard ranking is not sufficient evidence of the quality of an engineer's work.

Interpret activity and pipeline metrics

Zest explicitly says build hours are model-estimated activity, including overlapping automation. They are not employee working hours, timesheets or a measure of a person's value.

The page also warns that pipeline-stage medians overlap and should not be added together. Review the definition of a metric before using it in a delivery estimate or comparing two people.

Pro is listed at 49 dollars per workspace per month with five seats, adding team statistics, PR throughput and session and token intelligence. Max is listed at 149 dollars with ten seats and includes broader product-management and feature or ticket analytics descriptions.

Enterprise has custom terms for credits and history, identity administration, audit controls and data governance. Those features should not be assumed to belong to Starter.

Zest is worth assessing when a team needs a shared view of AI-assisted development practices. Define what data you will collect and how you will use it before connecting the team. Its published sources support the analytics offering, but they do not prove improved throughput or justify treating activity estimates as staff performance scores.
