Guideless captures a software workflow and creates a narrated guide with written steps. You perform the task while it records the steps, then its AI generates instructions, voiceovers, and captions. The product is intended for employee training, onboarding, SOPs, and help-center documentation.
Capture and correct the explanation
Guideless lets you rewrite instructions, regenerate narration, replace screenshots, and choose voices or themes. Its editor also supports annotations, blurring sensitive information, and translation. Review the captured steps and narration before sharing a guide, especially where an interface label or account detail needs correction.
When a workflow changes, the editor lets you update the affected material instead of recreating the whole guide. That is useful for documenting software that changes labels or navigation over time. Share guides and organize a team
