In one lineSemarize turns conversation transcripts into reusable scored fields and evidence for CRM enrichment, analytics, and automations through an API.

Semarize converts conversation content into structured fields for business systems. Its workflow page describes an API that processes transcripts from your existing capture tools, then returns the fields you defined. It is aimed at RevOps, data teams, and builders who want to use conversation evidence in CRM updates, reporting, and automation.

Define Bricks and assemble Kits

A Brick is a reusable question about a conversation. Its result can be a yes-or-no flag, a score, a category, or a list. Examples include whether a next step was agreed, which stakeholders were mentioned, and whether a buyer described a specific problem.

A Kit groups Bricks for a workflow such as a discovery rubric or renewal-call audit. Running the same Kit across conversations provides the same field structure each time. You can add a knowledge base containing product documents, playbooks, pricing, or policies to ground evaluations in your business context.

Process conversations and inspect the evidence

For a run, send a transcript and a Kit code. Semarize supports webhook delivery, scheduled polling, or a direct push from your stack. The results include values, reasoning, evidence, and confidence, with run and Kit-version identifiers for tracking the evaluation.

Semarize does not record calls or join meetings. The homepage describes processing audio, transcripts, and text from existing tools, including calls, emails, and support chats. The API's outputs can feed CRM fields, BI tables, or triggers such as creating a task when a next step is missing.

Before using scores across a team, inspect the attached conversation evidence against the criteria you defined. A consistent field schema makes results easier to compare, but the meaning of a score still depends on the question, source content, and business rules.

Estimate usage by evaluations

The pricing page gives Builder 250 starter credits and five active Kits, with pay-as-you-go usage. Each Brick evaluation costs one credit, so an eight-Brick Kit uses eight credits per conversation. A knowledge-base add-on costs five credits per run, and Reasoning & Proof costs one more credit per run.

The captured GBP prices list Team at £70 per month with 1,500 credits and Platform at £200 with 5,000. Prices exclude VAT or sales tax; unlimited allowances are subject to fair use. Estimate the number of conversations and Bricks together, including add-ons, rather than treating one conversation as one credit.
