PropsBot.AI
PropsBot.AI publishes machine-learning estimates for sports player-proposition markets. Its about page identifies founder David Reilich and operator Clutch Analytics LLC, based in Rochester, New York. The service describes coverage of NFL, NBA, MLB and NHL data, with confidence metrics and probability-based signals. This overview examines what those descriptions establish and their limits; it does not recommend wagers or provide a strategy for using the signals.
Understand the numbers being described
The about page distinguishes a Confidence Score, which describes agreement among data signals, from an Edge Score comparing the model's probability with a sportsbook line. Those labels are proprietary to the vendor. A score name alone does not reveal calibration, uncertainty or the full process used to create an estimate.
The company also reports historical win rates and returns for selected signal groups. Its own figures show why those measures should not be conflated: a reported high-hit-rate NFL group has a negative return, and its high-hit-rate NHL group also has a negative return. Correct outcomes at unfavorable prices can still accompany financial losses. None of these vendor-reported historical figures establishes a future advantage for a reader.
Read calibration claims within their scope
PropsBot cites a July 2026 comparison using Brier scores, a measure of probabilistic prediction error, for MLB and NHL. It characterizes lower reported scores as evidence of better calibration than sportsbook-implied probabilities in that study. The captured pages describe the comparison but do not provide the complete dataset, independent replication or every methodological choice needed to evaluate the conclusion.
Its published performance descriptions are per sport and signal; the about page says no aggregate across sports is published. Treat a headline comparison as a claim about that stated sample and date, not a universal result. Selection, data timing and how predictions were graded all matter when assessing a historical model evaluation.
Recognize the limits and gambling risks
The service FAQ says PropsBot does not place bets and does not guarantee results. Its copy acknowledges that past performance does not guarantee future outcomes. The distinction between an analytics service and a transaction platform does not remove financial risk: sports outcomes are uncertain, and subscription costs are separate from possible wagering losses.
The vendor restricts the service to adults, with age requirements dependent on location, and provides responsible-gambling support information. This is not an endorsement of gambling or of the vendor's performance claims. Anyone experiencing harm from gambling should seek support rather than interpret another prediction tool as a solution to losses.
