In one lineSocialPilot combines social publishing, AI-assisted drafting, approvals, engagement, analytics, and branded reporting for teams and agencies.

SocialPilot brings social-media publishing, team approvals, audience engagement, and reporting into one workspace. Agencies and brand teams can plan content across accounts, review drafts with clients, and follow post performance. AI Pilot adds idea generation and rewriting to that publishing workflow.

Plan and schedule across accounts

The composer creates, edits, and previews posts for supported social platforms. The publisher lists Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, Threads, Bluesky, YouTube, Pinterest, and Google Business. Queue schedules and repeat-post options support recurring publishing, while the content library stores visuals, captions, and templates for reuse.

SocialPilot can import and schedule up to 500 posts from a CSV file. Its calendar shows scheduled content and supports drag-and-drop rescheduling. Filtering by accounts, teams, platforms, or status helps a team locate the posts it needs to review. The calendar page also describes draft dates, notes, tags, and client access to their content schedules.

Draft with AI and collect approvals

AI Pilot generates ideas, captions, hashtags, and post variations. It also rewrites content to suit different platforms and supports multilingual generation. Brand-voice settings provide tone guidance, while repurposing tools turn longer material into social posts. The AI Pilot page describes grammar and phrasing improvements as part of this drafting process.

Role-based permissions control team and client access. Mobile approvals and pending-approval reminders help move reviewed drafts toward publication. Teams should still check factual details, tone, and platform suitability in AI-generated material before approving it.

Manage responses and report results

The social inbox groups comments, mentions, and messages; automation and bulk actions support processing those conversations. Analytics covers account and post performance, including engagement, reach, and clicks. Reports can be customized, branded, and scheduled for delivery to client inboxes. White-label options also use an agency's brand, domain, and sender details.

The homepage separately describes review requests and management for Facebook and Google Business reviews. These capabilities make SocialPilot relevant to agencies coordinating publishing and reputation work, but the captured feature pages do not establish that every function is included in every plan or available identically across networks.

The AI Pilot and calendar pages advertise a 14-day free trial without a credit card. They do not provide a paid-plan price table. Confirm account limits, required network actions, and reporting or white-label access for the plan you intend to use.
