In one lineAn Apple Reminders companion that adds contextual tips, action buttons and optional private notes.

Notif adds a suggested next step to the reminders you already keep in Apple Reminders. Its official page shows reminders paired with an Insight and an Action Button, such as opening an official renewal page or finding a nearby business.

Reminders with a next step

Ordinary notes remain Apple Reminders and sync through that system. Notif adds contextual information to the note and a button that opens the next destination. Examples include calling a contact, opening directions, visiting a booking page or preparing an email.

Those examples show the intended workflow. They do not establish that every suggested destination or piece of advice will be correct for every reminder. Review a destination before relying on it, especially for a booking or an official application.

Free and Pro features

The free version includes notes, widgets, Siri and sync, with one Insight each day. The captured page lists Pro at $4.99 per month or $39.99 per year. Pro adds more Insights, smarter action buttons and encrypted private notes. Its daily planning feature requires iOS 27.

No Notif account is required. The publisher lists support for iPhone on iOS 18 or later and iPad on iPadOS 18 or later, alongside iPhone Duo. Availability of Apple Intelligence features depends on a compatible device.

Understand the data path

Notif says only the note receiving an Insight goes to its server, rather than the entire reminder collection. It describes Pro daily planning as sending selected note first lines and busy times to Apple’s Private Cloud Compute.

Private notes follow a different path: the publisher says they are encrypted on the iPhone, opened with Face ID and excluded from Apple Reminders, widgets and search. Their recovery on a new device depends on iCloud Keychain. Before choosing that option, understand both the local privacy controls and the recovery requirement.
