In one lineA social-listening service with source-linked answers, sentiment and intent analysis, reports and agent integrations.

BrandRobin is a social-listening service for brands, agencies and growth teams that want to follow public conversations without searching each channel separately. Its product page combines mention monitoring with sentiment analysis, potential buyer signals and source-linked answers.

Separate mentions from potential demand

The vendor describes a dated, deduplicated feed covering sources such as Reddit, LinkedIn, reviews and news. It distinguishes people discussing a brand from people asking for a product or an alternative, with intent scoring intended to help prioritize follow-up.

Those scores are an interpretation of a public conversation. A sensible workflow is to open the original thread and check the context before deciding whether a response is relevant. A high score should not be treated as a confirmed purchase decision.

Ask questions and prepare reports

BrandRobin says its answers link to the underlying mentions. The documented features include scheduled PDF reports, separate client workspaces, draft replies and integrations such as Slack, Teams, email, webhooks, CSV and an API.

It also offers an MCP server for compatible AI clients. That provides another way to search mentions and retrieve analytics from an agent workflow. The site presents replies as drafts that the user posts, keeping the decision to engage with the team.

Coverage has practical limits

The service reads public conversations. Its own explanation says private Slack, Discord and WhatsApp groups are outside its coverage.

For a trial, define a narrow listener for one brand and a few competitor terms, then inspect missed mentions, irrelevant matches and the evidence behind a sentiment change. Agencies should also check reporting and workspace limits against their client count.

This page describes the vendor’s documented capabilities. It does not validate the live coverage rate, accuracy of sentiment or whether the example brands on the marketing page are paying customers.
