In one lineThe browser assistant uses an Atomic Mail account, while the separately named desktop app has a different local-model workflow.

Choose a mode inside the same conversation

Atomic GPT offers web search, research, writing, file work, image creation and photo animation in a browser interface. Its homepage presents these as different modes within one chat rather than separate products a user must assemble.

The service also describes search across public Telegram channels and connections to external applications. Those connections are optional: the page says nothing is connected by default. A useful evaluation begins with one task and the sources it needs, rather than enabling every available integration at once.

A mail account is a sign-in method

Atomic GPT uses an Atomic Mail account for authentication. The FAQ says the chat service runs separately from the mailbox and cannot read the user’s email simply because the same account is used to sign in. That distinction matters when assessing what access a feature actually requires.

The vendor also says prompts and files are not used for model training. This is a stated product policy, not a Franklin audit of infrastructure or every connected provider’s behavior. Review the current handling of the specific feature and connection being considered before submitting sensitive material.

Keep the browser and desktop products distinct

The page describes a free plan, with paid plans increasing usage limits. It also promotes Atomic Chat for desktop as a separate application that runs open-source models locally, including offline. That local-model description should not be transferred automatically to Atomic GPT’s browser service.

For a practical first task, ask for a short sourced web summary and inspect the cited material. Then test a file or writing feature separately to understand its limits. A unified interface can make common tasks easier to reach, while the reliability of a factual answer and the data path of an integration still need their own checks.
