ProdSift

ProdSift extracts product catalogs from public Shopify and WooCommerce storefronts and exports the results as CSV files. Store owners and agencies can use it to prepare a migration or organize product information for review. The workflow runs in a browser and does not require store administrator access or API keys.

Extract and select product data

You enter a public store URL and start extraction. After the products are collected, you can select individual items or export the full catalog. The documentation lists titles, descriptions, prices, images, variants, categories, and SKUs among the extracted fields. The homepage also advertises inventory information and variation-level details such as size, color, and price differences.

Because ProdSift analyzes a public storefront, its export is limited to information available there. It does not establish access to private store records, customer data, or fields hidden behind a login. Review a sample export to check how the target store exposes the fields you need, particularly variants and inventory.

Choose the destination CSV format

The documentation lets you choose a Shopify or WooCommerce CSV format before downloading. This supports exporting WooCommerce products in Shopify format or doing the reverse. You can also open the files in spreadsheet software to inspect or edit the extracted data.

The publisher positions these exports as ready for import into the destination platform. For a migration, check the selected products, image references, prices, and variants before importing a large catalog. A product-data export is one part of a store migration; the captured documentation does not describe transferring customers, orders, site design, or other store settings.

Free sample and session limits

The first five products are free without a credit card. That sample provides a way to evaluate an export against the actual store and destination format before paying for a larger extraction. The captured homepage and documentation do not include a paid-plan price table.

Documentation states a limit of 10,000 products per extraction session and directs larger catalogs to support. It gives a typical duration of one to three minutes depending on catalog size and store speed, while the homepage makes shorter speed claims. Treat those as estimates rather than a guaranteed completion time.
