WAPlus CRM: Boost Sales Productivity
WAPlus is a CRM extension and workspace for managing customer conversations in WhatsApp Web. The official overview describes contact organization, messaging automation, connected CRM records and AI tools. It is WAPlus's product, not evidence that every feature is provided or endorsed by WhatsApp itself.
Organize conversations and follow-ups
The publisher describes custom tabs, notes, reminders and a shared team inbox. Contacts and chats can be synchronized to a workspace for coordinated follow-ups.
Quick replies let a team reuse prepared responses, while automatic replies and scheduled messages support recurring communication. Check the intended recipient, timing and approved wording before allowing a scheduled or automated send.
The product also advertises contact import and export. Keep the source and permission for a contact list clear; the existence of a bulk workflow does not establish that every recipient expects a message.
Add translation or business knowledge
WAPlus describes translating incoming and outgoing messages, with automatic or manual settings. Review the meaning of a translated reply before relying on it for a disputed order or other consequential exchange.
The AI chatbot can use company documents and forms to answer common questions. Confirm that the supplied material is current and define a human handoff when it does not answer the request.
The site lists HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho and webhook integration routes. These include viewing or changing CRM information and creating records such as tasks or deals. Decide which users may perform those actions before connecting business accounts. This article has not installed the extension or tested a connector.
Read allowances by plan
The pricing page lists a free tier with limited features, including 3,000 translation characters per month. Pro lists a larger translation allocation and 5,000 chatbot uses per month; Growth lists 10,000 chatbot uses.
Those figures do not mean every free-tier row is enabled. Some captured table indicators are incomplete, and the page separately offers a seven-day trial with broader access. Confirm the current entitlement instead of interpreting the trial as permanent unlimited use.
Paid amounts differ by monthly or annual billing and user count. The FAQ says subscriptions renew until canceled and that downgrades are not currently supported through the same upgrade flow.
WAPlus can support a defined customer-messaging workflow, but its privacy and productivity descriptions are vendor claims. Check access permissions, account requirements and actual quotas before a wider rollout, rather than treating automation as proof of increased sales or risk-free messaging.
