In one lineDiaform uses AI agents to run customer conversations by voice or text, with follow-up questions and response analysis. Plans meter AI messages, projects and team seats separately.

Diaform collects customer feedback through AI-led conversations in voice or text. The service says its agents ask follow-up questions during the exchange and turn responses into insights. It is designed for teams seeking more detail than a fixed form can capture without arranging every conversation as a researcher-led call.

Set questions and control follow-up depth

The documentation covers writing questions, conditional logic and probing intensity. It also describes adding context to a project. These controls give a team a place to define what it wants to learn and how deeply the agent should pursue an answer.

Write questions around a specific research decision before opening a conversation to customers. Try the experience yourself and check whether follow-ups stay relevant or push a respondent toward an answer. An adaptive interview can still contain leading questions. Keep enough of the original response to distinguish what a customer said from an AI interpretation.

Connect responses to the team's workflow

Diaform lists sentiment analysis, activity and completion metrics among its analytics topics. Its documentation also covers Slack, webhooks and CSV export. That can help a team move feedback into existing processes rather than leaving it in a separate dashboard.

Check how exported fields relate to the original conversation before using them for reporting. A sentiment label can be useful for sorting, but a customer's qualification or example may explain the issue better. Tell respondents how you intend to process and share their answers, and confirm the current privacy and retention terms before collecting sensitive information.

Budget for messages as well as conversations

The pricing page lists a 14-day trial without a credit card. It includes 250 AI messages, one project and one seat. Starter is displayed at $49 billed monthly for 1,000 messages, two live projects and one seat. Standard raises the allowance to 3,000 messages with four projects and two seats at $89 per month.

Pro lists 7,000 messages, 20 projects and five seats at $199 billed monthly. It adds targeted respondent links, removal of Diaform branding and premium voices. Business offers larger allowances and a custom domain.

The comparison table lists unlimited follow-up questions, but each plan still has an AI-message allowance. Do not read that feature as unlimited usage. Estimate the number of exchanges in a typical interview and verify how Diaform counts them before inviting a large audience. Likewise, the page's savings calculator uses assumptions about researcher cost and session volume; it is not evidence of savings for your team.
