Buda
Buda is a cloud-native workspace for running AI agents with persistent files and memory. Its documentation describes giving agents tasks, watching them execute in cloud computers and reviewing their results. The product uses an organizer to coordinate specialists rather than treating every request as an isolated chat.
Start with a workflow you can review
The homepage lists coding, research, content production and operations among its uses. Buda describes an Agent Drive for working files and a Space Drive for shared knowledge and finished outputs. Define which agent needs access to which material before adding an entire team.
A useful first task has a deliverable you can inspect, such as a draft brief or a table assembled from known sources. Review that result before granting permission to publish, message customers or alter production systems. The service's claim that agents can run a company does not remove the need to define authority and check their work.
The documentation describes reusable Skills and scheduled Automations. Save a process only after it works on representative cases, and specify what a scheduled agent should do when a source is missing or an operation fails. A recurring schedule repeats the workflow; it does not guarantee a correct result.
Check which tools the plan unlocks
The pricing page lists a free plan with two agents, 300 daily credits and basic drives. It explicitly excludes browser, terminal and Git access. Free automations have a two-hour minimum interval. Those limits matter if the task needs browsing or code execution rather than chat and file work alone.
Plus displays $20 per month per agent and adds browser, terminal and Git, with 20 automations and a 30-minute minimum interval. Pro displays $100 per month per agent, more compute and storage, and 100 automations with a five-minute minimum interval. Confirm the selected billing term and resource limits before scaling a team.
Separate agent subscriptions from shared usage
Buda says one-time credit purchases enter the Space's shared balance and all agents in that Space draw from it. The page also explains that credit usage varies with model and task complexity. Buying another agent is therefore not the same as making each workflow's usage cost disappear. Monitor the shared balance and the cost of recurring tasks.
Enterprise terms are custom and list options such as self-hosting, bring-your-own-key arrangements, roles and audit logs. Confirm which agreement supplies those controls and how connected accounts are protected. Buda's cloud deployment means tasks and files may leave your local computer; review retention and access terms before supplying sensitive business information.
