Check what will be recorded
After connecting a calendar, review each meeting's status in your account. The publisher says a “will be recorded” status indicates that the assistant will join, while “no link” or “won't record” requires checking the settings. For an unscheduled Google Meet call, the site describes submitting its link through an Add a bot control.
Get participants' permission and follow the meeting organizer's recording rules before enabling either capture method. Automatic attendance is useful only when the selected meeting should actually be recorded. The product also advertises capturing missed calls, so calendar settings deserve attention even when you are not attending.
Google Meet and Zoom are clearly presented as integrations. Microsoft Teams appears in general claims but is labelled “soon” elsewhere on the same page. Do not assume Teams support is available for your account without checking.

MinutesLink produces speaker-labelled transcripts and summaries with action items. You can correct notes, add information, share links, and ask an assistant questions using a past meeting's context. The page also promotes CRM connections, including HubSpot and Salesforce, without establishing every integration's entitlement or configuration requirements.
Check names, decisions, numbers, and assigned owners against the recording before circulating the summary. A concise AI answer is not proof that a discussion included the conclusion it reports. Consider who can open a shared link: the site advertises reading notes without signing up, so sharing convenience should not be confused with a restricted audience.
Resolve limits and policy details
The Basic plan lists ten processed calls per month at no charge. Its plan card specifies a 30-minute recording limit, while the FAQ says 60 minutes per free call. Confirm the applicable limit rather than relying on either conflicting statement.
Paid plans distinguish monthly call allowances from annual totals, and say billing can occur “upon limit.” Unlimited notes or recordings should not be read as unlimited AI-processed calls.
Encryption, access controls, and regulatory compliance are publisher claims, not an independent security assessment. The page also discusses a future personal digital avatar trained from accumulated interactions. That description is not proof of an available feature; read current data-handling terms before connecting sensitive meetings.
