What it does
Search Everywhere with Gemini is an unofficial extension that shows a conversational AI answer from Google's Gemini next to your regular Google search results. It is for searchers who want to compare a chat-style reply with the usual list of links on one page.
Key features
- Displays a Gemini chat answer alongside Google search results
- Handles both simple lookups and longer, open-ended questions
- Works with queries in multiple languages
Use cases
- Getting a quick explanation while still scanning the normal search results
- Comparing an AI answer with what top-ranked pages say
Getting started
Run a search on Google as usual and read the Gemini response shown in the panel beside the results.
Good to know
It is a third-party add-on, not made by Google, and relies on access to Gemini, so changes on Google's side can affect it. Your search queries are passed to the AI service.
