  • Takes your own screenshots and notes, or captures AI slides and notes for you
  • Links every note to a timestamp so you can jump back into the video
  • Organizes videos into notebooks in the Video Notebook web app
  • Answers questions using the course videos, with links to the relevant moments
  • Generates quizzes and flashcards from video content with feedback on answers

Use cases

  • Studying an online course and revising before an exam
  • Reviewing key points from a recorded Google Meet session
  • Testing yourself on a technical tutorial with coding quizzes

Getting started

Open a video on a supported site and use the extension to add it to your Video Notebook, then take notes or let it capture them. Notes appear in the web app at app.videonotebook.com.

Good to know

It works only on the listed video sites and stores notes in the developer's web app. The richer AI features apply to AI Notebooks.
