What does “Sampler” mean?

Sampler: Algorithm that decides how noise is removed at each step of diffusion generation. Different samplers trade speed, smoothness and detail, and can give noticeably different looks from the same prompt and seed. Tools often list them by names such as Euler or DPM++.
