Overview

Intertwine Plans MCP provides read-only access to the Intertwine House Plans catalog. An assistant can search by house requirements, retrieve a named plan and use lot width, depth and setbacks to screen footprints. Plan results can include photos, published specifications and package information. This is most useful when a buyer has a lot or a short list of needs and wants to narrow down designs before talking to the designer.

MCP server address

Use this endpoint in an MCP client that supports remote servers. Follow the project documentation for authentication and permissions.

Getting started

Add the publisher’s Streamable HTTP endpoint to a remote MCP client. The public catalog endpoint does not require a sign-in.

Things to know

The lot check is a preliminary screen. Confirm zoning, setbacks and other constraints separately. Plan purchases take place on the publisher’s store.
