BitePods MCP

Find a public podcast episode, inspect its available transcript and share a clip defined by timestamps.

Overview

BitePods MCP lets an assistant search for a podcast, list its episodes and retrieve a transcript where the publisher provides one. The client can pass a start and end time to create a clip link for a particular moment. The clip stays tied to the source episode. This is useful for sharing a passage that a listener can inspect in context.

Use this endpoint in an MCP client that supports remote servers. Follow the project documentation for authentication and permissions.

Getting started

Add the published Streamable HTTP endpoint. The publisher documents a stateless connection with no API key.

Things to know

The MCP tools cover podcasts. A transcript depends on what the publisher supplies. Clips rely on continued access to the original media and may stop working if it moves or is removed.
