Saudi Arabia is preparing to launch its most extensive AI-powered operational plan to date for the upcoming Hajj season. The official announcement is scheduled for Thursday, with the strategy focusing on enhancing the experience of the millions of pilgrims expected. This plan represents the largest enrichment-focused initiative since the introduction of new regulatory frameworks and aims to integrate smart technologies and digital platforms to provide pilgrims with ease, clarity, and comfort.

The plan underscores Saudi Arabia's commitment to leveraging technology to improve the Hajj experience. The operational blueprint encompasses a comprehensive suite of smart digital services, marking a significant advancement in Hajj history. Key features include the "Manarah 2" AI robot, designed to offer multilingual guidance and assistance to pilgrims.

Interactive smart screens will be deployed at strategic locations, providing real-time information. Furthermore, the plan introduces a digital Qur'an platform for global access to recitation and learning, alongside the "Surat Al Fatiha" app, designed to enhance understanding of the Qur'an.

The plan also includes specialized initiatives offering religious, intellectual, and educational support tailored to the diverse backgrounds of Hajj participants. Dr. Abdulrahman Al Sudais, Head of Religious Affairs, emphasized that the plan is built on principles of compassion, tranquility, and service.

The goal is to ensure pilgrims experience Hajj in accordance with prophetic teachings and receive the highest standards of care.
