TikTask
TikTask is an Android scheduler for messages, reminders, and recurring communication. It lists channels such as WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram Direct, Gmail, Slack, and SMS apps. Tasks can also include supported social actions, polls, Status updates, and Stories.
Build a scheduled task
The published setup flow begins with an action, message, and recipients, followed by a date and time. TikTask supports daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly repeats. Premium workflows can combine multiple actions or channels and attach multiple schedules to one task.
Recipient Lists retain groups for reuse. Smart Variables fill text with values such as a name, date, or time, while Text Buckets supply different lines for different recipients or runs. Local execution and reliability
TikTask uses Android Accessibility to execute scheduled actions. The publisher says scheduled message content is prepared and sent from the phone rather than routed through TikTask servers. Optional Google Drive backup is separate from that local execution model.
Phone configuration still affects whether a task runs. System Monitor checks settings involving Accessibility, battery optimization, notifications, and device-specific background restrictions. Automation Reports record completed, skipped, failed, or delayed actions, so you can inspect the outcome after a run.
The product explanation explicitly says reliability depends on permissions, device settings, and manufacturer behavior. Check those settings on the actual phone before relying on a time-sensitive reminder.
Free runs and premium workflows
The Free plan includes ads and five automation runs per day. Premium removes the daily cap and adds features including multi-action tasks, recipient lists, bulk import, reports, and backup. The site also lists a one-time Lifetime purchase with the Premium feature set.
