ChatRank
ChatRank is an AI search optimization platform for businesses that want to understand how their brand appears in AI answers. Its current publisher material combines visibility tracking with content recommendations and editing tools. It is aimed at brands and agencies, including local services, ecommerce businesses and consumer applications.
Track topics rather than assume a universal ranking
The pricing comparison describes a dashboard and prompt management, with prompts grouped into topics. Plans have different topic allowances and AI-platform coverage. Plus lists ChatGPT and Google tracking, while the higher plans list additional platforms, including Perplexity.
Refresh cadence also differs: Plus and Pro list weekly updates, while Power lists daily updates. That is not continuous, real-time monitoring of every answer a customer might receive. ChatRank describes its search-volume estimates as proprietary estimates; they should not be treated as a measured traffic census.
Competitor tracking can help a team compare appearances around a defined set of questions. Keep those questions tied to actual products, services and locations rather than treating one sampled response as a permanent position.
Turn observations into reviewed content
The feature comparison lists an AI topic creator, content recommendations, an editor, rewriting, brand voice, style guides, collaboration and version history. It also describes website audits and LLMs.txt generation and hosting. These are workflow capabilities, not evidence that a file or article will cause an AI service to recommend a business.
The publisher asks customers to supply authentic business input while its agents develop a content plan. Review recommendations for factual accuracy and usefulness before publishing. Customer testimonials and the about page's visibility-lift figures are publisher claims, not our own measured results or a guarantee of leads.
Check the selected service and billing terms
The captured annual cards present monthly equivalents with an upfront annual payment, rather than month-to-month prices. Included users, topics, refresh frequency and recommendation allowances need to be compared together.
API eligibility is unclear in the capture: Power's headline mentions API access, but the detailed comparison says Enterprise Only. Confirm access directly before designing an integration around it. The free discovery call is also not evidence of an unrestricted free software plan.
