Draft a calendar before publishing

The features page lists bulk scheduling, recurring posts, content imports and AI captions or images. A creator can organize a set of posts rather than moving each draft separately between accounts. Teams can share drafts and obtain approvals within the workflow.

Review the wording and media for each intended network. A useful campaign calendar still needs correct dates, working links and suitable account selections. Platform-specific options vary: the pricing guidance describes first comments, stories, Pinterest boards and other channel choices, not one identical post format everywhere.

Repurposing can share content from supported sources to other connected profiles or retain it as drafts. Use material you have permission to publish and inspect its framing rather than assuming an automated format conversion preserves every important detail.

Separate the assistant from the publisher

RobinReach advertises a native MCP server through which Claude, ChatGPT, Codex or another compatible client can plan and schedule posts. Its public examples depict generated content and bulk scheduling, but this overview does not report an authenticated connection or a post sent through that endpoint.

Treat a publishing connection as permission to make external changes. Confirm the connected profiles, approval process and available controls before allowing an assistant to act. The pricing page places MCP and API access in Bloom and higher plan cards; the homepage's invitation to connect free is not sufficient evidence that every free account has unrestricted MCP publishing.

Match the plan to the workload

The pricing comparison separates brands, members, social profiles, AI generation, storage and repurposing allowances. Seed is a bounded free tier and excludes X support. Higher plans add features and separate limits, including X posting allowances.

Counts on promotional panels are not a substitute for that comparison: the homepage uses differing totals for networks. Verify the specific destinations and features you need before paying. Its broad privacy FAQ statement does not establish detailed retention or deletion behavior for scheduled content and uploaded media. Review current terms, and measure your own publishing results rather than treating testimonials as promised engagement.
