Weavin
Weavin is an AI assistant for recurring business work, aimed at shop owners and other people running a business alone. The publisher describes connecting existing tools, explaining a job in a sentence, and returning to a desk that summarizes the work and lists items needing a decision.
Start with a business profile and a bounded job
The quick-start documentation says Weavin is in invite-based beta. Users describe their business, review the drafted profile, connect tools, and choose what the assistant should handle. Access requires an invite code requested from the homepage.
The site gives examples such as watching stock and preparing reorder sheets, drafting customer replies, and organizing product-launch feedback. Those are examples of intended work, not measured outcomes. Begin with a task whose result you can inspect and state the business rules it must follow, such as avoiding a promised restock date when stock information is uncertain.
Review work and pending approvals
Weavin describes a desk with a handover card showing what it worked on, what it decided, and what waits for the user. Its Needs you inbox collects items that cost money or cannot be undone. The documentation says Weavin asks before spending money or doing something irreversible.
For a chat task, the quick start describes planning first, user approval, and then execution. The homepage also promises logged steps and replay. Review those controls and the connected tool permissions during setup; the captured introductory pages do not define every action's approval rules. This overview does not establish that the assistant has completed any example job under real business conditions.
Budget scheduled work separately from live calls
The pricing page lists a Starter allowance of 300 one-time credits and a Pro entry tier of $29 per month for 3,000 credits. Higher tiers increase monthly credits and library storage. Starter lists one business avatar and 1GiB of storage; Pro starts at 10GiB.
Scheduled runs always use platform credits, even when you bring your own AI key. Live calls on your key are billed by the provider and do not use platform credits. The publisher says chat, tasks, browser tasks, and images otherwise consume credits, but these pages do not state a fixed cost for each task.
The billing FAQ says Weavin stops and tells you when credits run out, and does not purchase top-ups or upgrade a tier on its own. Pro renews as a monthly subscription at the selected tier. Check task charges during a small trial before relying on a recurring job's budget.
