Venngage
Venngage is a visual-design workspace for infographics, reports, presentations and business communication. Its official overview combines AI generation with an editable template library, branding and data visualization. A prompt can start a layout, while the editor lets the author inspect and revise the resulting content.
Choose a structure that fits the information
The infographic workflow accepts a topic or text and generates a layout and content structure. Templates cover comparisons, timelines, processes and statistical summaries. The drag-and-drop editor lets a user change text, fonts, colors, backgrounds and visual assets.
Importing CSV or XLSX data supports charts, maps and tables. Keep the source data beside the design and verify units, labels and totals after generation. A persuasive layout does not establish that its statistics or written claims are correct.
Infograph.app also accepts ideas, text and data for generated visual summaries. Venngage's documented workflow adds template editing, brand controls and accessible-document authoring; compare the specific controls and exports needed for the final deliverable.
Reuse brand assets and review with a team
Venngage's Brand Kit applies saved logos, fonts and colors to designs. Team templates and shared editing support repeated work across a department. AI tools also describe rewriting, translation and generating icons or images.
Check translated text and generated visuals before adding them to a reusable template. A brand match does not clear an image's rights or ensure that a translated label preserves the original meaning.
The publisher lists PNG, PDF, PPTX, HTML and accessible-PDF exports across its product offering. It also distinguishes Free, Premium, Business and Enterprise plans. Confirm the particular export, AI allowance and collaboration access on your selected plan rather than assuming the full offering is available for free.
Inspect accessibility in the exported document
The accessible-PDF tools include text tags, adjustable reading order, contrast checking, generated alt text and a visual simulator. The Accessibility Checker reports potential issues so the author can revise the document.
Review the generated alt text and reading order in the context of the actual chart or report. Test the exported PDF with the tools and readers appropriate for its audience. The publisher's compliance language is not an independent legal determination or proof that every edited design meets a standard. The listed VPATs also have dates; they should not be treated as a fresh audit of every current feature.
