Choose the helper based on the obstacle. If a task is too broad, inspect the suggested smaller steps; if several ideas are mixed together, use the resulting action list as a draft to organize. Remove steps that do not fit your situation and supply missing constraints before following it.

An estimated duration is a starting guess, not a deadline backed by knowledge of your circumstances. Adjust it for your actual workload and any dependencies the tool does not know about.

Review wording and explanations yourself

An emotion reading is an interpretation of text, not reliable knowledge of the sender's intentions. Likewise, an explanation or decision suggestion needs your own context and judgment.

The publisher explicitly warns that general-purpose AI outputs vary in accuracy and should be treated as guesswork rather than statements of truth. That boundary is central to using these tools well, not a minor exception to their capabilities.
