Free includes 500 credits per month. Paid plans provide larger allocations, and the page lists extra credits separately. The work-hour estimates attached to some plan names are marketing descriptions, not measured capacity for your tasks.
The overview says passwords are encrypted locally and that the company does not sell user data. Those statements do not establish that all companion processing stays on your device.
