What it does

Crystal shows personality insights for the people you work with and suggests how to approach each of them in conversation, writing and sales. It also replaces the new tab with a daily view of tasks and calendar events, for sales and business professionals.

Getting started

Open a LinkedIn profile or a supported sales tool and click the Crystal option to see personality insights and suggested approaches.

Good to know

Personality profiles are estimates and should be treated as suggestions, not facts about a person. It works within specific sites such as LinkedIn and Google Meet.
