What it does

  • Labels posts on X, LinkedIn, Substack, Reddit and Medium as Human, AI-Assisted or AI
  • Sidebar shows the share of human versus AI content in your feed
  • Automatically scans images as you browse
  • In Google Docs, shows edits, pasted blocks and a replay of the writing history

Use cases

  • Reviewing a student essay written in Google Docs
  • Checking how much of your social feed is AI-generated
  • Verifying an image before using it in an article

Getting started

Install and pin the extension, create a Pangram account, then highlight text or right-click an image and choose to check it for AI.

Good to know

A Pangram account is required. Detection results are estimates, so use them alongside other evidence rather than as a final verdict.
