Following a case through its outcome
Floowed organises each case into gathering information, interpreting documents, chasing missing inputs, applying rules, and acting in connected systems. A case can repeat stages and wait for a response over minutes or weeks. The publisher's supplier-onboarding example involves checking a bank letter against registration details and asking for a correction before approving the supplier.
The platform reads PDFs, scans, photos, spreadsheets, emails, and handwritten forms. It describes checking documents against each other and against existing systems. Customers and suppliers can reply to email, while staff can start operations, receive updates, or approve exceptions through Slack, Microsoft Teams, or the dashboard.
Rules, evidence, and human decisions
Floowed says a deterministic policy engine applies the team's rules, while models read documents and draft messages. You can choose to approve every case or only exceptions. Rule changes can be replayed on past cases before publication. This is useful when changing a follow-up schedule or an approval condition: a team can inspect the affected cases before switching versions. Credits and implementation scope
The pricing page lists a free start with 8,000 credits worth $80. Team pricing starts at $100 a month for 10,000 credits, with a shared pool and no per-seat charge. Free credits do not expire; paid credits roll over for one month.
Usage varies with document length, quality, follow-ups, and the systems checked. The publisher lists features and integrations as included across plan sizes, while private deployments and special integrations receive custom quotes. SOC 2 is on Floowed's roadmap and is not yet certified. Before starting, define the cases, approval rules, and actual connections required by your team.
