Zenfox
Zenfox is an AI work assistant that connects to business applications and organizes tasks into project workspaces. Its homepage describes researching, drafting and running background automations across tools such as Gmail, Slack and HubSpot. Because those connections can act on real systems, start with a limited task and confirm its permissions before assigning unattended work.
Connect one workflow and inspect the result
The quick-start documentation describes connecting applications through OAuth and using a conversational command against the connected data. It also describes generating small apps such as dashboards, forms and kanban views. Check the scopes of an integration and the information a generated app exposes before sharing it.
For a first task, ask for a draft or summary you can compare with the original records. Verify the details before authorizing a message or update. Connecting an account gives the assistant access to useful context, but it does not make its interpretation of that context infallible.
Set explicit approval boundaries for workers
Zenfox describes continuously running AI Workers. The documentation says they pause at decision points and ask for input by default, with higher autonomy available later. Establish which actions require approval and how to stop a worker before enabling a recurring operation.
The homepage makes broad claims about approval before finished work goes out. Confirm the behavior for the exact workflow rather than applying that statement to every setting. A background report and an email sent to a client have different consequences. Keep the schedule, destination and expected result clear so you can inspect whether a run did what you intended.
Check capacity, eligibility and data terms
The homepage lists Pro at $29 per month and Max at $99 per month under monthly billing. It advertises unlimited messages and automations, but also says runs use a plan's daily capacity. Review the applicable limits before assuming an unattended worker can perform unlimited work.
An eligible new account can try Pro for seven days without a credit card. The site restricts the trial to selected countries and excludes VPN, proxy and anonymous connections. Check eligibility before planning a trial. Review the data-safety documentation and any required compliance evidence before connecting sensitive accounts; security badges and provider claims are not a substitute for confirming the arrangement your organization needs.
