In one lineHintedly is a desktop meeting assistant that uses screen, audio, and file context for suggested responses, followed by notes and follow-up drafts.

Hintedly provides AI assistance through a desktop overlay during meetings and calls. It can use screen content, microphone and speaker audio, files, and web search to suggest responses. The publisher markets it for interviews, sales conversations, and team meetings, with native Windows and Mac apps.

Choose what context the assistant receives

Hintedly runs alongside meeting software rather than joining as a participant bot. Its overlay can be moved or resized, and users can create custom action buttons with preset prompts. The homepage lists model choices from Anthropic, OpenAI, and Google. Those provider options do not establish that processing stays on your computer.

Screen and file access can supply useful context for a client question, but it can also expose material unrelated to the call. Check permissions and the service's current data terms before enabling access to private documents. Obtain any required consent for processing participants' voices, and follow your employer's or interviewer's rules about AI assistance.

The publisher claims the overlay is excluded from screen capture. It also recommends a specific Zoom capture setting and warns that reflective glasses can expose screen content through a webcam. Do not treat its invisibility marketing as a guarantee that nobody can notice the assistance or as permission to use it covertly. Test screen sharing with harmless content before relying on the configuration.

Review the notes after the conversation

After a call, Hintedly advertises structured notes, action items with owners, follow-up email drafts, and searchable meeting history. Review assigned responsibilities and deadlines against what participants agreed before distributing a recap. Suggested talking points during the call deserve the same scrutiny, particularly if they describe commitments you have not made.

The product is available for Windows x64, Apple Silicon Macs, and Intel Macs. Check system compatibility and audio permissions before a time-sensitive meeting instead of installing it for the first time as a call begins.

Watch the trial and cancellation terms

The pricing page displays Starter at $19 per month with 900 monthly AI credits, Pro at $29 with 1,500, and Advanced at $59 with 3,000. It also includes monthly and yearly options, so confirm the selected billing term and final checkout price.

The two-day trial starts a subscription automatically if you do not cancel. Cancellation must happen inside the app through license settings; uninstalling the app does not cancel the subscription. Refund wording is inconsistent: several sections say seven days, while one FAQ mentions contacting support within fourteen days. Check the full refund policy before purchasing and do not assume the longer window applies.
