MNKI
MNKI is a design workspace aimed at architects and interior designers. Its homepage brings together sketching, architectural rendering, conversational edits, shared projects, and client presentations. Use the imagery for design discussion and check dimensions and building requirements against the actual plans.
Move between sketches and renders
The publisher describes a free Canvas for drawing and rendering without an upload, alongside Studio controls such as inpainting and batch rendering. Its 3D Sandbox lets users draw walls, place doors and furniture, and walk through a design. The homepage says that sandbox is built on the Pascal open-source project.
These entry points fit different stages of a design discussion. A rough sketch can communicate a visual direction, while a modeled layout can provide a more specific reference. Inspect generated details against the actual design before presenting an image as an accurate representation. Franklin has not tested dimension fidelity or rendering quality.
Prepare a shared presentation
MNKI Space offers shared projects, live members, and permissions. Plan limits govern who can create workspaces and how many members or projects they support. The Free plan can join a workspace but cannot create one, according to the pricing page.
Paid Pro features include architectural presentation generation with PPTX export, plus a beta video generator and timeline editor. Those additions may help package design imagery for a client, but generated slides and footage still need checking against the approved design.
Watch credits and project retention
The pricing page provides 40 trial credits and lists standard renders at four credits, 2K Pro renders at six, and 4K Pro renders at eight. Basic costs $28.99 USD per month with 500 credits; Pro costs $148.99 with 3,000.
Retention differs: the publisher lists 90 days for Free projects, 365 for Basic, and indefinite retention while a Pro subscription remains active. Keep an export or appropriate backup for work needed beyond those windows. Signup also requests consent for processing outside the user's country; review the current data terms before uploading confidential client plans.
