Livedocs
Livedocs is a data-analysis workspace where you can ask an AI agent questions about uploaded files or connected data. It combines that assistance with notebooks, charts, and shareable apps. The official feature overview describes a reactive notebook environment with Python and SQL tools.
Bringing data into the question
You can upload CSV, JSON, Parquet, and Excel files or connect a database. The getting-started documentation describes adding sources from the dashboard's Data tab or the editor's Data panel.
You can attach files to a prompt and use an @ reference to tag tables, dataframes, and other workspace data. That lets you identify the material the analysis should use. Start with a defined question and the relevant dataset, then inspect the generated operations before interpreting the result.
Working inside the notebook
Livedocs AI can write queries, analyze data with Python, fix bugs, and build charts. The environment includes tools such as DuckDB, pandas, Polars, and NumPy. You can add SQL, Python, chart, or text cells and run an individual cell or the document.
The notebooks track cell dependencies and update affected results when inputs change. The feature page also describes stale and fresh result indicators. For an analysis with several transformations, follow that dependency path so you can see which intermediate result produced the chart.
Sharing an interactive result
Inputs such as sliders, dropdowns, and fields turn an analysis into an interactive app. Livedocs lets you publish notebooks as shareable apps without writing deployment code. That provides a way for colleagues to explore the result through controls instead of editing the analysis itself.
The platform also supports comments and real-time collaboration. Scheduled notebooks can rerun analysis pipelines. Check the plan's collaboration and scheduling access before designing a team workflow around those features.

For a trial, choose a small dataset and one analysis question. Review the query, transformations, and resulting chart together before expanding the workflow to a larger source.
