The cancellation instructions point to order management in the account center. Cancellation stops the subscription after the current billing cycle, with remaining credits usable until their applicable expiry. Check those dates before assuming a cancellation preserves every credit indefinitely.
Decide whether to retain history
An optional Data Storage Pack promises history retention throughout its subscription. The displayed prices are $5 monthly or $30 yearly. That wording does not establish permanent retention after the storage subscription ends.
