Autohive creates AI agents for recurring business jobs and runs them on a schedule. The publisher's examples include project briefs, sales summaries, email-and-calendar digests, and drafted replies to business reviews. The result can be delivered to an inbox or Slack channel without a new chat prompt each time.

Define one recurring job
Describe the task in plain language or start with a ready-made agent, then connect the tools it needs. Autohive documents an Agent Creator and a marketplace, plus a Use Case Brainstormer for identifying possible jobs.
Give the agent a clear source, output, audience, and schedule. A Monday project summary and a customer-facing review reply need different permissions and review standards. Some connections require signing in, an API key, or a Slack channel identifier; “no code” does not mean no configuration or authorized access.
Check the first runs in the job log and tighten the instructions before relying on the schedule. The publisher says jobs can be paused without losing their history. That gives you a way to stop a faulty routine while preserving what happened.
Keep approvals around external actions
Autohive specifically describes review-reply agents waiting for your approval before publishing. Apply that distinction when planning work: gathering information, drafting a response, and sending it to a customer are separate steps.
Review summaries against the connected records, and decide who can change the agent or its destination. The publisher states that agents belong to the workspace even when team membership changes, so ownership and connection permissions should be part of setup.
The service sends task information to the selected AI model. Its encryption, regulatory-compliance, and no-training statements are vendor claims, not proof that every connected tool and model meets your organization's requirements.

The pricing page lists Free with unlimited seats, 350,000 monthly credits, and 1 GB of storage. Custom agents and scheduled jobs are included for the first 30 days; continuing those features requires a paid plan.
Lite is listed at US$20 per month with 500,000 credits and 3 GB of storage. Higher plans add usage and storage rather than simply charging for each seat.
Agent work consumes credits. When the allowance runs out, work pauses unless you upgrade or enable eligible paid-plan top-ups. Auto top-up purchases need a deliberate budget: unlimited seats do not mean unlimited processing. Subscription credits reset monthly, while top-up credits last for a rolling 90 days.
