Flex credits do not expire. The pricing page describes these purchases as one-time payments without a subscription or automatic renewal. Its listed choices include two hundred credits for $19.90, five hundred for $39.90, 1,300 for $99.90 and 4,200 for $299.90, with bonuses included in the larger totals.

The pricing FAQ says Flex purchases are not refundable because computing resources are allocated immediately. It does not provide a per-generation cost table in the captured text.
