Berrycast

Records your screen and video calls on Zoom, Google Meet or Teams, then transcribes them and writes a meeting summary you can share by link.

What it does

Berrycast records your screen and camera, including Zoom, Google Meet and Microsoft Teams calls, then transcribes the recording and writes an AI summary. It suits remote teams that share meeting recaps and video messages instead of long write-ups.

Key features

  • Records screen plus camera or camera only from Chrome
  • Captures and transcribes meetings even when you are not the host
  • Detects many spoken languages in transcripts
  • AIWriter summarises the conversation or responds to custom prompts
  • Shares videos by link with transcript and summary attached

Use cases

  • Sending a recorded meeting recap to colleagues who missed the call
  • Recording a quick walkthrough video instead of writing instructions
  • Requesting a screen recording from a teammate to explain an issue

Getting started

Sign in to Berrycast, launch the recorder from the extension, choose a recording mode and stop when finished; the video uploads and gets a transcript.

Good to know

Recordings are uploaded to Berrycast's cloud and require an account. Tell meeting participants when you are recording them.
