Tactiq

Produces live transcripts of Google Meet, Zoom and Teams calls in the browser and turns them into meeting notes and summaries.

What it does

Tactiq creates live transcripts of Google Meet, Zoom and Microsoft Teams calls inside Chrome and turns them into notes once the meeting ends. It is aimed at people and teams who want a written record of calls without inviting a bot or recording the meeting.

Key features

  • Live transcription in Google Meet, Zoom and Teams that runs in the browser with no bot joining
  • AI notes, summaries, action items and takeaways produced when the call finishes
  • Ask questions about past meetings and get answers with the quote they came from
  • Export to Google Docs, Notion, Word or PDF and send summaries to Slack or Teams
  • Speaker labels, timestamps and screenshots captured during the meeting

Use cases

  • Keeping a searchable record of client or team calls without taking notes by hand
  • Sharing a summary and action items with colleagues right after a meeting
  • Looking up what was agreed in an earlier call

Getting started

Install the extension, sign in to Tactiq, then join a Google Meet, Zoom or Teams call in Chrome and the transcript appears as the meeting runs.

Good to know
