Chrome extension

Sortbase

Organizes your ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Grok chats into shared folders with search and a prompt library, and moves chats between them.

What it does

Sortbase collects your ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Grok chats into one set of folders in Chrome, with search and a shared prompt library. It is for people who use several AI assistants and lose track of conversations spread across different sidebars.

Key features

  • Saves chats from four AI platforms into the same nested folder tree
  • Searches by keyword across every saved conversation on every model
  • Keeps a prompt library with fill-in variables, opened by typing a colon
  • Forwards a whole conversation to another model with its context
  • Syncs folders, chats and prompts across devices after you sign in

Use cases

  • Keeping all chats for one project together regardless of model
  • Continuing a stalled conversation in a different assistant
  • Reusing standard prompts on any of the supported platforms

Getting started

Sign in to Sortbase, then open any supported AI chat site to save chats into folders; type a colon in a chat box to open your prompt library.

Good to know

Syncing requires a Sortbase account, which means saved chats are stored with the developer's service. It works only on the four supported chat platforms.
