ListRiver MCP
Search U.S. business registration records by location, formation date and other registry fields.
Overview
ListRiver MCP gives assistants access to ListRiver’s search of U.S. business registrations. A client can query for new or active companies, filter by location and formation time, and inspect fields such as registration type and registered agent where supplied. The project documents pagination so an assistant can retrieve another batch when a search has more records.
Getting started
Follow the repository’s Python or uv setup for the local stdio server. Provide a ListRiver API key through the environment expected by the server.

Coverage and available fields depend on the source registry and account. A listed registration is a source record. Confirm its meaning and current status with the relevant registry before relying on it.
