Killbottleneck MCP
Read and update visual goal and process maps from an assistant connected to a self-hosted workspace.
Overview
Killbottleneck puts tasks, goals and process steps on a visual map. Its self-hosted application exposes a REST API and an MCP server, so a compatible assistant can read a workspace and update its nodes. A team can use the integration to keep decisions or progress with the relevant part of a map, while people keep working in the same visual editor.
Getting started
Run the project’s documented self-hosted deployment and configure access for the MCP client. The repository also documents a choice of local or custom AI endpoints for the built-in assistant.
Things to know
Map edits are write operations. The built-in AI sends the relevant data to the endpoint you configure when that feature is used. Check access separately for any external MCP client.
