Hi3D
Hi3D connects image-based 3D creation with the steps needed to take a model into an editor or a printing workflow. Its current v3.0 homepage covers visual concept creation, image-to-3D generation, model arrangement, export, and connections to slicers.
Start with a reference the model can read
Hi3D's instructions recommend a clear, well-lit image that shows the whole subject with little occlusion and a simple background. The upload workflow supports JPG, PNG, and WebP images. Additional views of the same subject can help describe side or rear details that a single photograph does not show.
After generation, the publisher directs users to edit the result in third-party 3D software or prepare it for printing. Its export descriptions list STL, OBJ, 3MF, GLB, and USDZ. Those formats serve different destinations: choosing a format is part of the handoff, not proof that a generated asset meets every printer, game engine, or manufacturing requirement.
The homepage also advertises a text-to-image step for developing visual concepts before making a model. Its listed model names identify options in the service, not independent evidence of developer affiliation or of the quality of every generated mesh.
From a mesh to a print
Hi3D describes smart arrangement for finding a suitable orientation and placement, then exporting or sending a model to a slicer. Its instructions name Bambu Studio, OrcaSlicer, and Creality Print among the supported destinations. Users without a printer are offered a separate service in which they choose a model, material, and size for printing and delivery.
Check the resulting geometry in your editing and slicing tools before committing to a physical print. The site's testimonials describe successful projects, but they do not establish dimensional tolerances, structural strength, or suitability for a particular functional part. Likewise, the advertised resolution and texture specifications are vendor claims rather than our own measurements.
Credits, storage, and licensing
The plan comparison lists 100 lifetime credits and up to ten asset generations for Free. Pro, Max, and Ultra list recurring credit allowances and higher task, retry, and storage limits. Exact subscription prices were not present in the captured comparison, so check the live billing selection rather than treating these allowances as a price quote.
The license row labels free models as public under CC BY 4.0 and paid tiers as private with commercial use. Review the full terms, including rights in your uploaded reference, before using a model commercially. Subscription credits do not roll over, while purchased credit packs are described as non-expiring. Those distinctions matter if you generate assets intermittently instead of using the same volume every month.
