Trilo is a workspace for solo founders and small teams that combines AI coworkers with team communication and documents. The Trilo website describes assistants that remember project context, participate in conversations, and carry out tasks in the workspace.
Working with AI coworkers
The publisher presents coworkers for research, planning, writing, and analysis. They can answer questions and help draft content, while a knowledge graph stores relationships from team conversations and past decisions. Its feature directory also lists meeting transcription, summaries, and extraction of action items.
Trilo's collaborative page editor supports real-time co-editing with AI assistance. Team chat puts humans and AI coworkers in shared channels, so a question or writing request can stay beside the discussion that prompted it. The site also lists natural-language workflows and social content creation, scheduling, and publishing for LinkedIn, X, and Instagram.
Availability and feature status
Trilo is available through a web app and a native macOS app. Its homepage lists integrations including Slack, Google Calendar, Gmail, Notion, and GitHub, with additional connections through Composio. MCP support lets external agent tools access workspace data.
Check the feature directory before depending on a particular module. Although the homepage presents a broad toolkit, the directory marks built-in video meetings, whiteboards, task management, calendar and booking, and the knowledge base as “Coming Soon.” Those status labels narrow what can be assumed to be available today.
Plans and allowances
The pricing page lists Solo at $25 per month, Teams at $120, and Ultra at $250. All plans include a fourteen-day trial. Solo has one workspace member and unlimited guests; Teams lists ten workspace members. Ultra lists unlimited team members.
AI coworker count and AI usage are separate details. Solo includes unlimited coworkers, but the publisher says Solo and Teams have usage limits. Ultra advertises twenty times the AI usage and describes no limits in its FAQ. The captured page does not give a numeric AI allowance for Solo or Teams, so confirm it against the work you expect to delegate. Cancellation keeps access through the current billing period.
