Connecting strategy to measurable goals
Teams can define company strategies, assign weights, and specify each OKR's contribution to a strategy. Individual, team and company objectives can form an alignment cascade. Weighting key results and aligned objectives lets the platform calculate progress and evaluation scores for an OKR period.
Key results support percentage, numeric and currency metrics. Authors can start with a template from the goal library, choose visible or hidden goals, and submit goals for manager approval. Check-ins record updates with notes; file attachments are included in the Enterprise offering. This supports a recurring review of a goal rather than leaving the initial objective unchanged until year end.
AI suggestions and performance reviews
The AI generator uses corporate context and strategic priorities to suggest objectives and key results. It can suggest metrics, units and target values, alongside alignment notes and risk warnings. The analysis tool checks existing OKRs against the Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant and Time-Bound criteria, produces a 0–100 compliance score, and suggests corrections.
The AI assistant belongs to the Enterprise plan. An organization administrator can enable generation and analysis independently. Other advanced modules include 360-degree feedback, competency management and period evaluations, so a team can select the modules it needs rather than adopt the whole performance process at once.
Reporting and access
The reporting module includes health, alignment, team performance and check-in activity reports, with Excel and PDF export. Its health report compares progress with time-based expectations and assigns On Track, At Risk or Behind status. These are the platform's calculated indicators, which managers can use alongside their own review of the work.
The pricing page offers Starter free for up to ten users and five teams, without a credit card or trial deadline. It includes core OKR management, strategies, feedback, meetings and basic reporting. Enterprise uses a custom quote based on user count and selected modules, and adds the AI assistant, advanced reporting and integrations. The company also offers on-premises deployment on Docker or Kubernetes for organizations that want the service on their own infrastructure.
