In one lineMarblism bundles seven role-based business assistants for email, marketing, calls and other tasks, with a monthly allowance of AI work hours.

Marblism offers a set of AI business assistants organized around recurring operational roles. The company calls them AI Employees and bundles seven assistants in its plans. The appeal is a single service for several types of administrative and marketing work, though a business still needs to decide what it will delegate and what requires approval.

Choose a role with a concrete job

The Marblism platform describes Eva as an executive assistant for email drafts, calendar management and meeting notes. Sonny handles social content, while Stan focuses on lead generation and outreach. Penny writes SEO articles, Walter builds websites, Rachel answers calls and Linda helps with contracts. These are the operator's descriptions of the roles.

The pricing page lists more specific tasks, including internal-link building and ranking tracking for Penny, appointment booking for Rachel, and contract-risk flagging for Linda. Begin with a bounded task you can inspect, such as reviewing an email draft or checking a proposed social post. A role name should not imply professional judgment or authority to act without oversight.

Connect accounts with clear approval boundaries

Marblism says it integrates with Gmail, Outlook, Google Calendar and social platforms including Instagram, Facebook, X and LinkedIn. Its FAQ says assistants check in when they need input or approval. Confirm how that works for the accounts and actions you intend to enable, especially sending outreach or publishing material publicly.

A business should review generated articles for accurate claims and useful sourcing before publication. For outreach, check consent requirements and whether messages represent your company appropriately. Treat contract explanations as drafting assistance and obtain qualified legal advice for consequential agreements. These checks matter even when an assistant has learned your preferred tone.

Understand the work-hour allowance

The pricing FAQ states that plans include all seven assistants, unlimited team members and unlimited businesses. It lists a starting price of $24 per month on the yearly option; confirm the total charge and billing cadence at checkout rather than reading that as a monthly-payment promise.

Plans start with 50 monthly hours of AI work that reset each month. The company says advanced actions consume those hours, while chat and quick tasks do not, and additional hours are available as top-ups. Compare the cost of your expected advanced actions with the work you can reliably approve. Testimonials about hours saved or higher traffic are customer claims, not guarantees for your business.
