TaskyTrack: turn discovery-call transcripts into editable product specifications
TaskyTrack targets the work between a client discovery call and the start of a software build. It uses the conversation to draft a product specification, including requirements, a data schema and UI direction. The user edits and approves the result before handing it to a developer or coding tool.
Bring a transcript or select a meeting
You can paste an existing transcript, supply a meeting link or connect Google Calendar and choose meetings for the note-taker to join. The publisher describes read-only calendar access for finding those selected meetings. That is the product's stated access model, not an independent privacy audit.
The page also says personal identifiers are stripped before a transcript reaches its AI. Teams handling client conversations should check the current policies and obtain appropriate recording permissions before enabling automatic capture. A convenient handoff still involves information belonging to the people on the call.
Review requirements and unresolved questions
The generated brief includes a project type, feature-by-feature requirements, a suggested UI theme and an inferred data schema. TaskyTrack says assumptions and open questions are surfaced for review. These are useful parts of a specification because a client's incomplete explanation should not become an unexamined implementation decision.
Every part of the spec is editable. Compare it with the transcript, then confirm the intended roles, business rules and relationships with the client. The publisher says the draft is grounded in the conversation, but this article does not establish that it never omits or misinterprets a requirement.
Hand the approved brief to the build
TaskyTrack exports a Markdown spec.md file, copies a coding prompt or scaffolds a starter repository on GitHub. The site names coding tools such as Cursor, Bolt.new, Lovable and Claude Code as possible handoff destinations. A repository scaffold is a starting point, not evidence that a complete application has been built or deployed.
The service offers a free starting point and paid plans with different allowances. Check the current capture and specification limits before using it across client projects. Its clearest use is preparing a reviewable brief from a real conversation, while leaving the scope and acceptance decisions with the team that will build the product.
