Transpic: translate image text and adjust it in its original layout

In one lineTranspic detects and translates text in images, keeps text blocks near their original position and provides an editor for reviewing the result.

Transpic translates text inside images while keeping it connected to the surrounding design. You can upload a menu, screenshot, manga page or product graphic, select a language and review positioned text blocks before exporting. Its homepage lists more than 60 target languages.

Upload an image and choose its format

The Transpic product page supports JPG, PNG and static WebP. Direct PDF and Word uploads are not supported. A document workflow therefore uses a scan or screenshot rather than treating an entire PDF as an accepted input.

The service lists modes for general images, e-commerce graphics, manga and document screenshots. Those modes address different placement needs: a menu price needs to remain beside the right dish, while dialogue needs to stay with its speech bubble. The publisher describes approximate text-region detection, so review the positions instead of assuming the layout survives unchanged.

Small lettering, curved type and overlapping artwork can require manual adjustments. For a product image, check translated measurements, prices and claims against the original before distributing the result.

Correct the text before downloading

The editor lets you change wording, resize a text block, adjust its color and move it. You can compare the original and translated graphic and export at the uploaded image dimensions. Batch workflows process several images and target languages, with capacity depending on the plan.

Transpic also lists an OCR tool that exports editable text and a separate text-removal tool. Those are different jobs from replacing text with a translation. The homepage describes shared processing credits, so using OCR or removal beyond an included allowance can reduce the balance available for translation.

For publication, a reader who knows the target language should check tone and meaning. Positioned text makes it easier to inspect a graphic, but does not establish translation accuracy or permission to reuse the original image.

Read the credit rules and availability

The captured pricing defines one result as one image translated into one target language. Fast and Balanced processing cost 10 credits per result; High costs 20 on the plans that support it. Translating ten images into two languages therefore uses twenty results, not ten.

The page describes signup and daily credits for Free. Its paid plan cards display annual allowances and carry a "Payments opening soon" notice. Treat those cards as published plan information rather than proof that paid checkout is available now.

Transpic says uploads use private storage and short-lived access URLs. That is the publisher's description, not an independent privacy audit. Check current retention and commercial-use terms before uploading client artwork or personal documents. We have not tested translation quality, purchased credits or inspected an exported file.
