Video charges are per complete second: five credits at 720p, ten at 1080p, fifteen at 2K, and thirty at 4K. At the listed 1080p rate, a ten-second video uses one hundred credits. Compare that unit cost with your expected clip lengths rather than assuming the same allowance will cover equal amounts of image and video work.
