Patternaly
Patternaly generates repeatable pattern tiles for textiles, packaging, print-on-demand products, and home decor. Its workflow starts with a description and an artistic style, then produces pattern images you can preview or export. A no-login Random trial lets you explore samples before choosing paid access.
Describe, generate, and inspect a tile
The site lists nineteen artistic styles and batch generation of one to four images. Standard generation produces a PNG tile. Paid plans allow later upscaling to 4096 by 4096 pixels, so generating a candidate and exporting it at high resolution are separate steps.
The Seamless Checker accepts uploaded images and offers tile preview and edge detection. Use it to inspect the repeat across a larger surface, especially when the design contains stripes or tight arrangements. The publisher says it continues improving edge consistency for demanding layouts, which makes the check useful even for patterns generated inside the product.
Preview a product application
The mockup tool previews patterns on apparel, home decor, and packaging. A tile that looks appealing by itself can read differently when repeated over a large product surface. Compare the mockup and tiled view before choosing an image for a print workflow.
The stated use cases include fabric, wallpapers, T-shirts, phone cases, and pillows. These describe intended applications; confirm the exported size and your print provider's requirements before treating an upscale as the final production file.
Credits, privacy, and commercial use
Standard generation costs one credit. HD export costs two credits per image. Basic, Pro, and Team plans have different monthly credit allowances and include commercial licensing. Exact prompt generation, private mode, and HD export are presented as paid features.
Guest and free results are public by default. Paid plans allow switching between public and private generations. Choose the visibility setting before working on a confidential client brief.
The publisher says paid users receive commercial rights but cannot guarantee that AI-generated patterns are free from similarity to existing works. Review the design and intended use yourself rather than treating a commercial license as a guarantee of originality.
